Yes we do! As per the Road Transport Act 2018 we hold PTD, PTV and ODBS which means we can operate legally. Our drivers, cars and booking system hold the relevant licenses. Any operator without these isn’t legal and your safety is therefore compromised.

Yes - we could not operate without it. We have a tailor-made $30million public liability insurance as required, to ensure should anything happen, we have you covered.

All deposits (50% of full fare) are strictly non-refundable for normal reservations cancelled before seven days of the reservation date. A cancellation fee of 50% is charged for all special events concerts sporting events and wedding reservations cancelled before seven days of the reservation date.

Should you require a baby capsule, or children’s seat one can be hired from an external supplier for a small additional charge, alternatively you are welcome to provide your own. All vehicles have the required safety fixtures.

We will track your flight to ensure we are able to accomodate any changes that may arise.

Under the liquor control regulations act 1988 no alcohol can be consumed in public places which includes the inside of a vehicle. We do not have a liquor license that allows consumption of alcohol inside our vehicles, so in short that means NO consumption of alcohol in all SWL vehicles. You are welcome to purchase from the local wineries, breweries and distilleries and we can transport your purchases home safely unopened for you.

From the 31st January 2022, masks will be compulsory and all passengers will be required to check in to their vehicle.
All passengers over the age of 16 will need to be fully vaccinated in order to board a SWL tour.
These are important measures that we are taking to keep our community safe. Alongside this we will be maintaining high levels of sanitisation in our vehicles to further reduce risk.
We are following the rules as mandated by WA department of health, in order to do right by our business and community. Please be kind to staff, we don't make the rules but we will uphold them.
