If you want a truly unique experience that combines fine dining and a love of the ocean – this one is for you.

 You will have the opportunity to dine in one of the six underwater observatories in the world at Busselton Jetty at night. As you descend 8m below the waves, you will be led through the natural wonders that lie beneath.

Once you’ve been mesmerised by the beauty, you will dine on a sumptuous 3 course meal prepared by the incredible Tony Howell.

 You may bring a small group for an intimate affair, or we can also accommodate groups of up to 30. 

This unique experience is something to cherish forever.

Suggested Itinerary

  • SWL will collect you from your accommodation to transfer you to the Busselton Jetty

  • On arrival, one of the team will transport you to the Underwater Observatory via golf cart

  • You will be greeted with fresh oysters and sashimi before you enter 8m below the waves

  • Once you descend, you have the opportunity to explore the incredible marine life under lights at night

  • Dine in pure luxury with a 3 course meal

  • At the end of the evening SWL will transfer you back to your accommodation
